I tried the German meatball dish which was delish along with mashed potatoes and gravy and German seasoned green beans and a hot roll. The restaurant is big and lots of places to sit. They have a nice place to sit where kids can have all kinds of choices of cereals and ice creams and toppings. They had wonderful desserts. I felt like I wasn't in a small town and at the same time it also felt like it was an Old Fashio... View all feedback.
What Justin Russell doesn't like about Casa Grande Paola:
Small town Cafe atmosphere. They had a brunch buffet at 130 food was tastie but not hot. Since this is probably one of the only restraints in town we were happy they were openFood: 3/5 View all feedback.
A group of us visited after a long day. You had really good food, Chips Salsa! Our waiter was attentive and helpful!
Best Mexican cuisine in several countries including Johnson. Prices are reasonable, service is great, it is clean and everything I have tried is perfect! Far, far better than other options in Paola.
We really enjoyed our food and the atmosphere. The other Mexican restaurant in the city is so loud that it can be hard to talk. The food and the atmosphere were a step up!
Overall, the food was good, but my plate so hot I couldn't eat it immediately. The taco sauce must improve. Mild was mild, hot was too hot, even eating. But had great service.
We have eaten here several times now. They are a little short of staff, but the staff they have is good. Their Strawberry Pecan Chicken salad is very good, and HUGE. My husband said their Reuben sandwich was the best he's ever had. I have to say their French Fries are The Best I've Had In My Life, and I'm no spring chicken? The decor is quirky: I haven't figured put why there is a giant spider hanging up near the front door...?But we definitely find Paola Eatery to be one of our favorites in town. It isn't fast food, so take your time and enjoy. (Save room for dessert!
