What User doesn't like about Henry Ted:
The restaurant has limited vegan options, and the variety has decreased since its opening. However, it's still worth a visit. Just be aware that it can get quite noisy when it's busy. View all feedback.
When this place opened, it had a wide range of vegan options and a large cook, but unfortunately they left now at Mr. Jackson vegan food truck, amazing food!! With each menu change and new cook there were fewer and less vegan options to now just one. Chia pudding, which you can buy in a pack of four in the supermarket for half price. Pretty disappointed, the staff gave about zero [censored] and were not accommodating, they were perhaps new, although the turn around is quite high. Bright side is they have a few average tasting raw slices. If you're desperate. I recommend Ours Café on May banjo street. vegan French toast is incredible
I've enjoyed several full vegan meals from this place, and they were all delicious! I really love the atmosphere and layout of the café. It’s so charming!

However, with each menu change and new chef, vegan offerings have dwindled to just one option: chia pudding, which you can buy in a pack of four from the supermarket for half the price. I'm quite disappointed with this shift. The staff seemed indifferent and unaccommodating, which might be due to high turnover. On a brighter note, they do have a few average-tasting raw dishes if you're really in need of something. If you're looking for a recommendation, I suggest checking out Ours Café on May Banjo Street—their vegan French toast is incredible!

We had a delightful vegan dinner tonight at Henry Ted. Although there was only one vegan main dish—the dahl fritters with coconut yogurt sauce—it was a wonderful blend of warm and flavorful, coupled with light and fresh elements. The homemade juices were excellent as well. While we didn't try the vegan desserts, the sorbet and vegan cheesecake definitely caught our attention!
