"We were traveling from Gisborne and decided to take a meal break at Great Spice Papamoa. We ordered chicken kalimirch kebabs, lolly pop and honey chilly chicken. Everything tasted really nice and fresh. The host was very welcoming and excellent at recommending options. Overall it was a quality experience and I'll surely return and strongly recommend this place if you are looking for quality Indian food in Tauranga/Papamoa"

"Fusion restaurants tend not to receive 5 stars from our picky Chinese family. But when MY parents are impressed, you know it’s the real deal. Duck curry, bun cha and pad thai were highlights, I am unsure why the pad thai came out in a clay pot but that’s part of the fun of fusion and it was delicious. They do tend to be fully booked and very packed, so if you want a warm seat away from the water feature at the door, make sure you book early and request it."
