very nice and typical restaurant. I had salmon with vegetable. Simple dish but absolutely nice. Potatoes were fantastic. We had also boiled potatoes with butter. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Fischhaus Smutje:
We went to Smutje when visiting family in Papenburg. Had quite a bit higher expectations based on the reviews here - the service was friendly but I thought the prices were quite high for "home style" meals (mainly different types of fried white fish). The portions were large but for me quantity cannot substitute quality... View all feedback.
I was here a few times and was very unhappy with her fishing. I thought they should order that in the fish house. next time I have to.
Eat well, instead of crying, they should stay in the beer. unfortunately we did not welcome. a table would be offered indifferent to us.
I was disappointed. the slob didn't taste good. (very much fat) the bratkartoffeln was also thrown into the oil and the salat was also savory with too much salat sauce.
