Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Paramount

What Nate T likes about Ono Hawaiian Bbq:
I think this is my new favorite Hawaiian chain as their portions to cost ratio is excellent. I wanted some island classic comfort food in yet another day of rain in Southern California, so I went with the chicken katsu and kalua pork. Came a while back and they messed up my order. When I got home food was missing. Called the store and spoke to someone and they supposedly wrote my name down so I can get credit next time I come by. Stopped by today and my info magically disappeared. The cashier took my order and told the manager about the credit. But failed to inform me that the food hadn't started being made yet.
