Bad experience ordered a cheese sandwich and got a soggy vegetable sandwich instead which was unpalatable staff was rude when informed did nothing to change the situation

All restaurants and cafes are mandatory to provide ' FREE DRINKING WATER ' All around world people drink cold drinks coke with pizza these people deliberately do not sell cold drink make you buy their cold coffee instead.

I ordered a Grilled cheese sandwhich and fries via zomato. There was nothing in the menu written about what it contains so the general rule is if it says grilled cheese sandwich it should have only cheese. Nopes. It had a fair dose of vegetables which I dont even care for. While I understand this can be an issue in some places the person who spoke to me was rude and dismissive. They made it seem like it was my fault for not being aware of their false advertising. I would have forgiven them if they spoke nicely but no they told me to reorder and pay for it again.
