Service was inconsistent and not all dishes were amazing, but there were some standouts that made up for the rest. The roasted bone marrow started was decadently delicious. The saucisse with aligot (thick, cheesy, creamy, stretchy mashed potatoes! was not only beautiful on the plate, but the flavors were superb.
