we had brunch at louise , 5 people, the buffet was really mediocre in terms of choice and food quality. very bad ratios for the price paid. we've been busy with the staff. the smoked salmon was of poor quality. the rice was even dry and the calfs hard and dry as well, the sauce could not dress it. the pancakes were a sweat and made from a cheap pancake battery, which type found in cheap pancake fast food restaurants.... read more.
