"Chez Fernand was cozy, but I have dined myself and was very comfortable! It has a great mood with beautiful music and the food was excellent. The service was wonderfully impeccable. I had steak and bone marrow with thick potatoes and was also in heaven with their wine list. It is very picturesque inside and the people were alive and friendly!"
