What Ann H likes about Escale Bangkok:
We are vegans and often eat at Thai restaurants for their vegan/vegetarian options. The night after the Paris terrorist attack, we stopped here because it was in the neighborhood and we were not able to go farther afield for vegan food. What BorisDivjak doesn't like about Escale Bangkok:
Don't go inside thinking you'll be eating Thai food. The truth is the Chinese owners are trying but: a) most traditional Thai dishes are not on the menu; and b) what they make just tastes like some SE Asian fusion but certainly not Thai enough. The staff are kind and polite (while chatting Mandarin among themselves), so if you're not expecting too much, you'll be fine. The prices are way above what I'd expect of a Ch... View all feedback.

Very good quality neighbourhood restaurant with affordable prices. A generous and tasty cuisine served with great kindness. We will return with pleasure.
