What User likes about Heng-Lay:
The food was incredible, the portions were huge, and the prices were way below what I expected, especially for a big city like Paris. I cannot reccommend this place enough! They have a wide array of dishes (at least 80 or so), from specifically Cambodian to more generally East Asian. The atmosphere was wonderful and cozy, servers are very sweet. In case you might need it they have bathroom in the back. View all feedback.
