This huitrerie is located at the junction of Rue Mademoiselle and Rue des Entrepreneurs and has windows on 3 sides, so a great spot to watch the passing parade, or if you prefer a more secluded table, go for one towards the rear of the restaurant. The oysters are excellent, as are the other shellfish. The staff are very kind and serve with intelligence. That said, we were appalled by the price of the wine--9 euro for a glass of mediocre chablis. Thus, 68 euro for delicious shellfish for two is definitely reasonable but the additional 38 euro for two glasses of wine each brought up the bill to 106 euro, which definitely left a bad taste in our mouths, literally... read more.
