The waiter billed me 1.10€ more than what was indicated on the menu when I was paying. I am generally fine if restaurants shops ask a bit more for the in shop service. But I cannot agree with the fact that this Illy Café didn’t indicate the 1.10€ on their menu and the waiter shrugged his shoulders saying to me that he couldn’t do anything because it was his boss’ idea to not indicate it ...
