What Chris H likes about La Midinette:
We ate here on a Saturday night after a long days sight seeing. We hadn't booked, but we managed to get the last table in this small restaurant. The restaurant is ran by a lovely French couple that are charming. The food was good. Black ham board yo start, followed by a Octopus salad a lamb tagine. We had a lovely evening here. What dbgigs doesn't like about La Midinette:
Went there for dinner chose one of the dishes of the day: kidney supposed to be in cognac flambée. It arrived in less than 5 mins, which is suspicious. The sauce was watery and a bit bland. The grilled potatoes were very cooked and equally bland. The wine was good though. The waiter also forgot the water. I left very disappointed and went to get dessert somewhere else as at 7 euros each I did not want to risk it. View all feedback.
