We have been going to this small hole in the wall spot for years. The value for can't be beat...i.e. Nems (vietnamese egg rolls), 2 hot and sour soups, 1 bowl of rice, 2 dishes, lychees, un quart de Rose, 1 jasmine tea) for under 22 Euros.
