From the moment we entered through the door we were treated to like kings and queens. An incredible high level of service completed at the end of the night by a meeting with the Chef Christophe Pele in the kitchen and watching him guide his team with passion and attention to detail. What Haebee doesn't like about Le Clarence:
This is a very formal restaurant on the first floor of an elegant building. The sommelier was knowledgeable and helped to make our evening meaningful. The food was extremely slow in coming, not well balanced, tending to be sour. We had the longer menu- chef decided on the dishes, we were not consulted.
