Le Dan Bau - Paris

What le-dolly likes about Le Dan Bau:
We ate here recently and what an eye-opener it was. Starters were a Mango Salad a Green Papaya salad, both of which were excellent. The mains consisted of shared dishes of Bo Bun and a Viet Fondue (steamboat). The Bo Bun was prepared at the table by mine host as were the instructions given for getting the best from the Fondue. Whilst we had a reservation for 19:30, the restaurant had failed to open by the time that we had given up waiting at almost eight o 'clock. Another couple waiting made a 'phone call to the proprietor at just after seven thirty to be told that he would be there in five minutes, he was not.
