French cuisine with a Japanese chef and the subtletty of Japanese service. It was really good, but mostly, the gentleness of service brought us the additional touch that makes you want to come back. La porte passée, installées sur nos chaises, on s'occupe de nous "très commercialement". Le visuel dans les assiettes est plus que réussit.Le résultat de la cuisson des ris de veau (assez gras et nerveux) qui constitue l'ingrédient principal du plat est plus que mitigé. Surprenant de trouver du pourpier dans mon assiette un aliment simpliste et sans grand intérêt. Attention au bouillon trop salé qui agresse les papil... View all feedback.
