Cosy little place with welcoming staff. Good English if you don't speak French. The tartiflette was delicious, and the generously portioned warm goat's cheese salad was too. What Matthias Heil doesn't like about Le Village:
This is the only place in Paris that wouldn't let us eat our croissant bought next door at Grenier à Pain (best croissant in Paris) with the coffee we ordered. So without croissant, we had to drink the worst latte in Paris. I didn't even know it was possible to make a latte that would taste like water. read more.
