this is such a beautiful, quintessentially parisian bar, with amazing toilets (it sound bizarre, but they have to be seen to be believed). during the day it makes a great cafe, and at night it's an averagely priced (for central Paris) bar. I never ate here but i came by regularly for their Chai the best I could find in Paris, and the wait staff were always lovely! read more.

We ventured in, the place was almost empty, this sent out warning signs, but the staff were friendly and we saw people eating hearty meals. I ordered from the plat du jour menu, pork chop, this came with cauliflower cheese, cream mashed potatoes and type of chilli sauce.
