Unless you are earning serious money this is a special occasion restaurant. Everything from decor through service to food was outstanding. Great fun but, on our budget, lunch cost about the equivalent of six meals at a good bistro. View all feedback.

I went to this restaurant two days before New Year's. The restaurant was half-empty. Having had a dinner at L'Ambroisie the night before, I found a lot of the dishes to have similar touches. The saucing however was quite weak, and rarely pulled together dishes (such as broiled carrot and black truffle), and the Bresse chicken was no better than supermarket rotisserie standard. Wow! A friend and I was greeted to a cosmopolitan but less chaotic atmosphere the moment we entered the door.
