We love Basque tapas/pinxchos. Right around the corner from our rented Paris apartment is Max Y Jeremy. We sat at the bar and were treated to tasty morsels and an enthusiastic host. It is a welcome relief to have small plates of beautifully seasoned foods. A delicious beef and onion plate is the only beef in France that has been tender enough to eat.
