What Sabine Bouchet doesn't like about NINA'S Paris:
we went with an American friend who burns. she tried to talk to the staff; only to be very polite. the shop assitent asked my friend: can they please stop talking to me, I cannot understand them. Please accept English. well, I found ut was rude and not nice. because my friend was in a foreign country and tried to speak this language. this shop needs me staf training on customer service. Absolutely an amazing hotel. All the staff are extremely helpful and attentive. I will definitely return.
Fantastic hotel. The outstanding part was the level of care and service from the people working there.
