novotel has the same menu in all its restaurants, but some lead it better than others. we had the pad thai and chicken breaks in novotel cdg, and they were very good. the pad thai at cdg came with a very beautiful Chirashi sauce. here they did not offer tabasco right, and the soaked with the chicken burrows was lumpy here and had no curry taste. brunettes where well, as long as they cook them “saignant” (rare), but t...
