I let myself try with a piece of cake this Sunday. A killing, I regretted not buying an entire cake, I'm going to go back. The leafy paste is fine and crispy, the frangipane is generous and is spread to the edge. I found the price very correct relation quality quantity, the whole galette looks small but it is well trimmed and a small part is enough. I actively recommend. View all feedback.
