to the manager who to my hello any smile answered with an uncommon aggressiveness "you don't see that we're in work?"! "No, we didn't see, but we saw your lack of education. an example of a phrase that you could have said: "Hello, I'm sorry but we're in work", but good apparel it was too complicated and it's much easier to shout at people!
