We stopped for happy hour on a Saturday. I have a hard time with people smoking and drinks were only being served outdoors. Once they knew I had a hard time breathing, they moved us inside to a table for drinks. They were delicious and speedy! The waiter was rude and abrupt. He smoked before ordering; then again before delivering and then again before checking on us. He was the worst we’ve had in our years coming to Paris. The French onion soup was excellent. The beef tar tar was good, not great but the cheese charcuterie was horrendous! It was an embarrassment to the good people of France.
