Over rated place. The staff is extremely unfriendly. The food is disgusting. The waitress doesn’t have a clue of the menu. I've always fantasized about owning a flat in Paris - but could never decide where it would be... now I know; I would move into the building that Terra Nera is located in so I could dine here every night with my Parisian Paisans and stare at the Pantheon while I finished my meal and contemplated what I would have the following night.
