Came here the night before the mandatory shutdown of all bars and clubs.
The Spotted Cat__Dive music bar and I mean diveNot alot of seating, just available around the walls.
How can you go to New Orleans and not come here? When I pictured coming to New Orleans THIS club was exactly what I pictured my experience to be.

"This restaurant is located in a gorgeous building. Kudos to whoever did the renovation. I mention this because it makes for very elegant, romantic ambience. The food was superb. My husband and I literally ate every morsel of what we ordered. Although expensive, you leave feeling full that it was money well spent. The service was professional without being stuffy. All our servers were engaging and knowledgeable."

"This food was very disappointing. The dirty rice tasted like celery and onion, not to mention that the rice looked clean and had a strange season on it. The red beans were watery af and had only a quarter of smoke sausage (cut the smoke sausage and then cut this piece into four pieces), not to mention the secret they called potato salad was not recognizable. The ribs tasted as if they had boiled in smokeworm water and then drowned in Bbq sauce... and then laid in the oven, the ribs were almost candied. The jiffy grain bread was the most decent thing on the plate and the ash was dry and stale. That was my first and last time here. The food is just disgusting. No other words describe it.oh yes they had like 40 flies everywhere. You can have it."

"The breakfast was great. this restaurant would be highly recommended. Eat was top-notch, loved the chicken and wad! the staff was very nice and our waiter was super nice and helpful. nice and clean inside, our table was long and fit our party of 5 comfortable. If we ever visit new orleans again, we will definitely return!"

"It was so great to be back at CArrollton Market. I felt like I was coming home. The prix fixe menu was exquisite and the wine pairing right on target. I hope some of the dishes make it to the regular menu the stand outs were beet salad with the fresh chèvre, the strip loin of beef with potato espuma and the bread and butter pudding. And of course the incredible staff that make it all happen."
