What TWMIM likes about Cafe des Marronniers:
3 of us on a day trip to Paris from England on a cold February 7th day. We first looked at the restaurant on the other side of the Tuileries walkway which seemed rather busy so we came here instead, and were very glad to have done so. I would imagine this place gets very busy in times of nicer weather; there are many outside tables. We ate inside, and only one other table was occupied I at first had wondered whether the restaurant was closed, but we received a warm friendly welcome and were served swiftly. I chose the €18 menu and shared a carafe of wine with another. The presentation was excellent and the food superb. I would thoroughly recommend the quiche followed by créme brûlée. After a nice espresso coffee we left very happy on our way to the next stop, the Musée d’Orsay.

The restaurant also offers the possibility to sit outside and eat in nice weather, And into the accessible spaces also come visitors with wheelchairs or physiological disabilities.

What Eva Edwards doesn't like about Cafe des Marronniers:
As I was on my own, they put me next to a couple. Although the tables weren't joined, I was about 4 inches away from them I didn't mind, but she never asked them if they did! Food came out quickly. It was just a burger and fries it was like a posh fast food place. The burger was OK. Nothing special, it as a bit pricey €18 for what it was.
