That's a jewel. There is much more space inside than appears from outside. They do a great task of separation and social distancing. The portion sizes are humble. You definitely get the money. A very large menu reminds of Cheesecake Factory. I'm sure I'll return. read more.

Had 3 different servers for drinks unable to get a server that would follow up with drinks and food seemed like nobody wanted to serve they just wanted to talk to each other unlikely to ever go back even though the food was good the service sucks. "Wonderful relaxed atmosphere in a building that dates back almost 150 years and meticulously restored. Be sure and pick up the pamphlet that talks about the history of the building and the current owners. We stopped in during a road trip after consulting Google Maps for a place to eat dinner. Glad we found this place.We found the food was very flavorful with several items you don’t always see at other restaurants. The pretzel bites were a big hit although there could’ve been more to the basket and the dipping sauces added nicely to the order. Fried chicken dinner, chicken, livers dinner and large salad, all were tasty and plenty of food. I especially enjoyed the Italian style green beans and fresh baked potato. I look forward to trying the pimento dip next visit. Service was well above average and friendly. Even clean bathrooms. Fully stocked bar as well.The outside patio area was the perfect place to sit and have a relaxed meal. Too bad a train didn’t go by as we were enjoying our food. Lots of large screen TVs to allow one to relax and watch as you have a beer, bourbon or sweet tea, along with comfortable padded, bench seats. It’s a popular spot for the local crowd. They have little spinning arms for the tables to keep flies away from our food. Helped some.This restaurant is well worth going a little out of your way to visit, and I look forward to my next time in Paris Kentucky and have another wonderful meal at The Trackside Restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Outdoor tables for the whole family"

"Friendly and quick drive-thru service, clean exterior, and tasty chicken tenders, but I still strongly prefer Chick-fil-A for fast-casual chicken. The highlights here included the tenders, which were fresh, moist and lightly breaded (and cooked to order), and the sweet tea (freshly brewed from filtered water and made with real cane sugar); the disappointments included the slaw, which was soupy and served warm, the toast, which was undercooked on one side, and the fries, which had absolutely no seasoning on them. The limited menu and the prices do not generally bother me here, but are more pronounced when so many side items are unsatisfying."
