Sushi rice was undercooked- never experienced undercooked glutinous rice with mai rolls. Person with whom I was fed has been here 20 times and mentions that there was an opportunity the sushi rice was al dente. He mentioned it to the staff and they were not susceptible to the feedback. You need to fix this; get some rice cookers for pets - no shame in it. I ate my sushi. Would have been nice if the rice had been prop... View all feedback.
