"The chief said in an interview that he would like to pick up a star at Michelin. But unfortunately, you can't reach it right now. but like a brewery that would have developed its ego before quality. It is inventive, of course, but mixing flavors requires balance and the sense of the dosage. here, these two points are made to the boxing gloves. you feel the will to do well and you taste the lack of maturity.
