I was in the neighborhood with little time for lunch, so I decided to go to Banh Mi Saigon after all the reviews. First, no option is marked as a vegan on the menu (or even vegetarian). I took the only dish that seemed vegan: sauteed vegetables with tofu. I thought to ask if it had oyster sauce by default (it did!), so I asked them to replace it with soy sauce.
