She correctly brought our side salads before our entrees. Then we waited, and waited for our meals to arrive. Visited this Swiss Chalet on 4 occasions in the past 6 months. Everytime it has been mediocre at best. Tonight visit was awful. I'd your promoting your new menu items they should be prepared properly. I understand " chain restaurant food" as owned one for years but serving food that is not edible is unacceptable.
