The waitress highly recommended the pork dish. It was served very overcooked. When I pointed it out they asked to redo it but I would have been eating my entree after everyone. They did provide dessert on the house. Not a great experience but probably an off night. Have dined at other Montage hotels and do not believe this dish would have been served at any of the others.
