What Chris doesn't like about Glitretind:
Initially the dinner started well with great appetizers and an enthusiastic sommelier. Bread, butter and the complimentary tartare was delicious. Then the wheels fell off. No more sommelier even after ordering a $300 bottle. I mean not even a check to see if the wine was acceptable, which it was. Both entrees had the protein over done.
