I had an excellent Elk tenderloin. It was a wonderful preparation. I also had the crab cakes that I thought were dry. My husband had the Cesar salad which was a little unconventional . His fillet was well prepared. He did get side dishes that would had fed a small family. As my dish had sides already his side dishes were way too much.
