Mariposa - Park City

What Chris P likes about Mariposa:
A really great experience. The food is sourced both locally and internationally through a very curated list of perveyors. That means the best of everything. What Sam B doesn't like about Mariposa:
The appetizers specifically the tuna and the mushroom were very good. My entrée was Awful though. The filet was $65 and there was a funny smell and an odd texture to it. Filet mignon is usually tender and soft. This fillet was very dense and in addition to the odd smell it just wasn’t anywhere close as good to say a filet from Omaha steaks.
