I would give it zero stars if I could. My husband made a reservation for Thanksgiving in Sept with Nico. We called today to reconfirm before our trip next week and they said they couldn't find it. When we gave them the details of our reservation, we were told that Nico, who works at the host stand, is not allowed to make reservations and they are unable to honor it because they are now fully committed.
