fun to be part of the Savor summit. paella was difficult to eat without the right utensils (muscles open and eat the lobster. the use of the hands was unpleasant. the service was immaculate. they ran out of water, which was unexpected. we would select another participating restaurant in the next few years, as our first was to close when others were there for an additional hour or more.
