What Tonia G doesn't like about Southland Caterers:
No stars. Unfortunately this is Now known as Serenity Palace cafe Bakery. The owner Serenity is so unorganized. I placed an order on 11/23/21 for a delivery 12/05 at 12pm she told me I would have it between 11:30-12:00pm. She sent an revised invoice on 12/03, I paid the invoice on 12/03 same Day. "Arrived to pick up our order on Friday and they did not have it ready. The man was very rude and claimed we never even placed the order. After a couple of minutes he actually found our order but instead of putting it down for Friday they put it down for Tuesday. Prior to that we had to even prove on our phone that we actually did call Highway bakery because he just would not believe us. So they wrote down the wrong date but refused to admit that they did. He said he would support his employee rather than the customer and said that we were not telling the truth. I am totally done with Highway bakery. We left there and went down to Pearson's who were wonderful and gave us just what we want it"

"I never give reviews I usually just take the L and move on but this time I felt like I had to make it known. I?m very verrrry disappointed in my meal tonight. I ordered fettuccine chicken Alfredo there was absolutely no flavor what so ever!! It was sobland where?s the spices?! Not even a drop of salt? I?m so bummed right now. However, I did experience nice customer service.The woman on the phone was cool."
