Born and raised in the south around bbq and really struggled to find good bbq here. Jim's is the best bbq I've had in Colorado. We got a few lbs and it was expensive, but we ate on if for four days. View all feedback.

I was shocked and appalled to see the Big Jim 's BBQ food handling at Brookfield Days festival today. Uncooked meat was being stored under a white sheet unrefrigerated. Raw meat was being placed on the smoker on top of cooked meat. I unfortunatelynoticed this after I paid over $50 for a half rack of ribs a brisket sandwich.
