What Clemens Schowalter doesn't like about Villa 77:
Disappointing service . We were not given menus until the staff were told.
They gave our table of three one napkin, when asked for more napkins they gave us only one more napkin . When given plates we had to ask for cutlery to eat our dessert . Finally they forgot to serve our drinks until we had finished our meals . View all feedback.
Great atmosphere, service and wonderful food. good. we were a large group of over 20 and the service was still good.
Excellent customer service, did the 'feed me' plate. consisting of 6 tapas, paella and churros. the chef made a brilliant job that chose several varied options that gave a well-rounded taste of the kitchen.
I heard many good things about villa 77, but I was disappointed. the service was slow, although we had one of two customers at a week night. they had not made many courts available. paella was bland. the best part of our meal was the desserts. Maybe they had a bad day.
Second visit to Villa 77 and it didn't disappoint. Great selection of Spanish dishes and quite busy for a week night. Delicious flavours and nicely presented. As a representative of the restaurant the young waitress does a fantastic job; very friendly and attentive. As a frequent visitor to Spain this is the most authentic in Adelaide. Paella will always take a while to cook-up so keep this in mind. Muchas Gracias!!
Food took over an hour, Paella was burnt badly to the bottom of the pan, paella also had little flavour and was kind of bland. Seafood all overcoocked and excluding the deserts, all the food was overpriced, the quality of the paella was a rip off. However the churros for desert were amazing. Come here only if you want churros or onion rings
