#1 Coffee House. Has to be THE best coffee we've had. The coffee had amazing flavour to it. I only wish that there was Serious Coffee in Alberta but I guess people around here like their watered down coffee,....ie. Tim Hortons

Seriously strong coffee! None of the blends ever taste watered down! This is a chain, so the food items are island-made and the same as the other locations (paninis are good but generally short on fillings; the granola bar is very good! . This location boasts a big room with loads of tables to accommodate groups, couches by the fireplace, a big parking lot, and friendly owners. This is a justifiably popular post-beach/Rathtrevor park/ top bridge/dog park coffee spot!
