Palmisano's Carry Out - Parkville

The first time here and I will say the staff is very friendly and the pizza is top notch! Come back for more! Have the meat lovers pizza and I will admit it is much better than the pizza of a national chain.

I wish I could have given them 5 stars. I usually get Italian cold cut bottoms to Maria's from Carney, but they started to look less meat on their bottoms so time. The reviews for Palmisano 's italian cold cut sub were good. Even the one bad exam complained that the role was soggy, but Palmisano 's replied that it was because she was oily directly on her lower parts, but you can ask to have it on the side. Great, I love it! Gimme some oily on the sub! I ordered a sub with everything except hots. Unfortunately, although Palmisano 's wrote that oily was standard on all her Italian cold cut subs, mine had no. If it's standard, why should I ask if they do it? Do I have to ask if they put cold cuts on the cold part? Even when I went to pick up the sub, I took a bag with chips and an ice sandwich. Unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone when I called in my order was on a delivery and the guy who ran the checkout didn't know how to put those things in, so Palmisano 's lost the sale and I went instead to Royal Farms. Too bad it was not a good experience, I would have liked to find a new entry into the subshop. Maybe I'm back, but Palmisano made the decision that I first try out other understores.

I have been ordering here for quite a bit. I always order the same type of pizza and in fact, its saved on their site via google chrome so I don' have to select my options anymore. It just says re order. Makes it fast, and easy. However today, my pizza that is always the same. Pepperoni, EXTRA cheese and meatball came with very little cheese. If you are going to charge for an item, you MUST make sure it actually has said item. Otherwise, people get angry. This is the first unhappy experience I have had. I am making this post so that ownership or management can use this for training. I have added photos to show.

Pro: The cheeseburger sub with fried onions on a toasted roll with mayo was delicious! The French fries were nice and crispy. The food was hot. The delivery man was very nice. Con: Our order took 2 hours and 15 minutes from the time it was placed to delivery. Overall, the food was hot and delicious so it was worth the wait. Just hope next time it?s not quite as long. We will return.

Today I ordered a cheese steak from Palmisano?s and boy was delicious! I asked for extra cheese and it was loaded with cheese and the rolls are excellent. I have to say that was the best cheese steak I ever had! This is definitely my new place!
