Put in a pickup order. Site says my food is ready (30 minutes). Get there to pickup, it's not ready. I was told there was a party of 16 that needed to get theirs and then I would receive mine. Asked for my money back. Guy walked away and didn't return. Asked for management, I was told they thought I was being taken care of and the manager was packing my order.
