Would give 0 stars if I could, I’m furious. I was stopping here to get gas because I’m so close to running out and they’re not open. That’s fine because they had a window so I went to the the window because I don’t have my card and the employee refused to come to the window. There were at least 6 cars outside everyone had to either pay at the pump or leave! Absolutely unacceptable I don’t recommend coming here after dark because the employees ignore the customers! And I wish I would’ve gotten his name he was an older Arab looking man with not much hair. Super disappointed.

They have some nice people working for them, but we don't get them very often. As a matter of fact, doesn’t matter how bad I want to buy something, I just need to turn back to my car when I see some people that work there at the register. I know my experience will be frustration and disappointment. And today, unprofessional and disrespectful.

On April 7, I stopped by the AMPM Store on 4421 E. Florin Road for gasoline. I grabbed a small bag of CHEEZ-IT, White Cheddar 3oz which the price was labeled $1.99 on it. When I took it to the cashier they charged me $3.00 for that little bag of crackers. I told the cashier that the price posted was $1.99, but he kept arguing with me that the price was $3.00. I, therefore, took a picture of the posted price and showed it to him but he said it was a wrong price. I told him that I don’t mind to pay $3.00 but he has to changes the price to $3.00 otherwise more people will complain. I would say that store has BAD customer service and unprofessional.

I gave this place 1 star, employees or nice , but what I seen yesterday was just Unacceptable, I often go there because it’s in my neighborhood although it’s a pretty clean store employees are good yesterday I wanted to get a hamburger from there and as I was walking up to the warmer I seen an employee removing them to add another sticker over the previous one making it seem like they were fresh when indeed they had already been there for a few hours anybody who knows about food sanitation knows how dangerous this is and to top it off they are not even being warmed to the temperature that they need to be so I will definitely not be purchasing hot ready to eat food there ever again . And I just Want consumers to be aware of this.
