There was an older guy at the drive-thru window. Who had a great attitude at the order speaker. Then when we got to the window (we wanted milkshakes, 4 of them) he had an even better attitude. What Vinessa Moore doesn't like about Carl’s Jr.:
I asked for light ice on my soda, the entire cup was full of ice. Ran out of my drink before I even finished my food.. I maybe receive half a cup of liquid.. my fries are little bits and pieces.. my chicken was very brown.. my cheesecake was warm… I asked about the prices being wrong on the menu vs what they charged me and refused to talk to me about the very misleading menu/prices.
