This place really depends on who is working. If you go for lunch the food is amazing, everything is cooked correctly and they don't short you on portion size. If you go in the evening it's a completely different experience. There is a tall guy who works the grill and he doesn't cook anything fully and the portions are pathetic to say the least. Used to go here in stockton, chain tried to spread but pandemic stopped the expansion. No longer see this truck here anymore.
